Mister Stevens did a brilliant job. The guys were very polite. They were careful with all of the furniture/boxes. I would definitely recommend using them.

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!
"Mr Stevens" aka Mr Howard came around to estimate our move. He did have lots of photos of the cover safe that his men use and he could "talk the talk". He told me that three men would come to move us and we would be moved in 10-12 hours. He was more expensive than another quote I had but he seemed so friendly and experienced. I WISH THIS WAS THE CASE! On the day of removal only TWO men came to move me. When I asked about the third man I was told that 95% of the time there would only be two men. Only one man was "on the books" and the other informed me he was a mere casual and only worked when the boss needed "anyone". The guys were great but the move actually took 14 1/2 hours. I was "FORCED" to pay an additional £90 for the extra 3 hours (in cash only i must add and they don't do half hours). Mr Stevens and his wife got very aggressive when I phoned to dispute the extra charge, as the contract signed was for 10-12 hours and as if the threats were bad enough the language came straight from the gutter. We were told that if we did not pay the £90 in cash then the lads would not unload the rest of our goods and would go home. When I stated that this was wrong and I would speak to my solicitor Mr Stevens told me that he would come down and sort me out in person and that I was getting "boring" "doing his head in" and if I were to carry on he would "literally do my head in". Honesty, service with a smile, good customer relations.............I THINK NOT!!
